Adult & Senior Eyecare
It is recommended by the Canadian Association of Optometrists that adults between the ages of 19-64 should get an eye exam every 1 to 2 years. Seniors (65 and up) are recommended for eye exams once every year due to the risk of developing eye conditions or diseases that are asymptomatic and can cause severe vision loss if left untreated. Early detection allows for more efficient and aggressive treatment.
